Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please read and understand our website store's exchange and refund policy before any purchase. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this.

 

PAYMENT OF FEES

  1. Once enrolled on the course, the customer is strictly bound to pay the full fees.

  2. Instalments are allowed merely to facilitate payment of fees and in the event of a withdrawal, do not amount to an automatic entitlement for refund / non-continuation / cancellation of payment.

 

 

Exchange Policy

For exchanges to other courses of lower value, no refund will be given for the difference in amount. For exchanges to other courses of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.

The exchange policy is only effective when the agreement is accepted by AACS financial department.

 

Refund Policy

STRICTLY NOT provide a refund on deposit and all payment paid.

 

 

Cancellation Fees:

If cancellation occurs within 24 hours after payment is made, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total service cost will be charged and the balance amount will be processed within 22 business days.
